Putri,
We have ordered
50 glasses on May 25th 2013. And I have received that yesterday on
26th 2013. I regret that all of the glasses were broken.
The package containing
the glasses was looked good, but when it was unpacking, all of the glasses were
broken.
I’m very
disappointed because this case.
To resolve the
problem, I would appreciate your action to exchange the glasses or give back
our money. I have enclosed the copy of buyer document, and guarantees.
